The ACU Board of Directors has, in accordance with the by-laws, authorized the members to vote on the following important matter:

• the election of three (3) directors to the Board of Directors of the credit union, to fill the vacancies on the board as a result of the expiry of the terms of office of Dennis Anderson, Rhonda Forgues and Vera Goussaert.
